I offer counselling supports for adolescents and adults to help them deal with life's challenges. I can address any undiagnosed challenges with your confidence, self-awareness, social problems, generalised fears and anxieties and disorders of attachment.
Whilst getting out and about is a good goal to work towards, I acknowledge that it isn’t easy for everyone. I can provide a telehealth or home visit counselling service for all of our NDIS clients.

Walk and Talk Therapy is a therapeutic approach that combines traditional talk therapy with the physical activity of walking in an outdoor nature or beach setting.
My approach takes advantage of our natural environment, which can promote relaxation and a sense of well-being. It also encourages physical activity, which is known to have numerous mental health benefits, including reduced stress and improved mood.
